Amateco Espadin Mezcal 1L

Amateco Espadin – Comunidad originates from San Luis Amatlán, Oaxaca. The agaves were harvested during a full moon, cooked in an underground pit oven, mechanically shredded, fermented with wild yeasts and local well water, and distilled using a copper refrescadera still.
