There is impressive tension and firmness on the palate, carried through a long and polished finish. The wine comes from the Aghia Kiriaki vineyard in Amyndeon at 535 meters above sea level with alluvial sandy and sandy clay soils. Fermented in stainless steel after 16 hours of skin contact and aged on the lees for eight months, the wine gains texture and complexity without sacrificing the grape's vibrant acidity.
