Jean-Paul Brun Charme Cremant de Bourgogne Extra Brut

This Blanc de Blancs Crémant de Bourgogne is made entirely from Chardonnay in the traditional Méthode Champenoise. Having gone through extended aging on the lees, it has very fine bubbles, a gentle creaminess, and hints of bread and toasted nuts on the nose. On the palate, it is precise and lively with crisp acidity and lovely mineral notes on the finish. D&M TASTING NOTES
