Billecart-Salmon Vintage Rose 2015 750ml

This is the first introduction of the Le Reserve—replacement for the Billecart Salmon Brut Reserve. While this process has been ongoing for almost a half decade, this change reflects the more precise selection of the fruit at harvest, a longer ageing in contact with its lees ( now 50 months) and a lower dosage of 3 grams per liter. The cuvee tasted is based around the 2020 vintage with 70+ percent being a perpetual reserve begun in 2006. This has a more cut and clean style with just there pears, white peach, a bit of minerality and light brioche. This is moderate in weight with a cut of good acidity and just there toast, minerals and tree fruits.
