OVERVIEW: This smooth and approachable wheated bourbon is Inspired by the legacy of John E. Fitzgerald, a treasury agent rumored to have “borrowed” the best barrels of bourbon from government warehouses, Larceny continues the tradition of producing a rich and flavorful whiskey. Unlike traditional bourbons that use rye as the secondary grain, Larceny replaces rye with wheat in the mash bill. This creates a softer, smoother flavor profile with a gentle sweetness and a well-rounded character. The bourbon is aged in new charred American oak barrels and blended in very small batches to ensure consistency and quality.

TASTING: On the nose, this  opens with aromas of freshly baked bread, toffee, and butterscotch, complemented by light hints of caramel and honey. The palate offers smooth flavors of caramel, vanilla, and baked bread with subtle notes of cinnamon and oak. The finish is warm, soft, and slightly sweet, leaving a pleasant and balanced impression.
