Le Galantin Bandol Rosé 2025

This comes from the balanced 2025 vintage in Bandol and we find this to be a return to classic form after the challenging 2024 vintage. This year it has a touch less Mourvedre than usual at 51% Mourvedre, 26% Grenache and 23% Cinsault. The nose opens with a light bright blood orange, spice, quite ripe peach, all balanced by a nice minerality/ earthiness. On the palate this is moderate in weight with citrus, stone fruits, and minerality in balance. This is great by itself, but would work with tagine and classic seaside cooking.
