Reeve Septime Pinot Noir 2023

This is sourced from a variety of single vineyards around the Sonoma Coast including the likes of Heintz, Thorn Ridge, Rice Spivak, and Taylor’s Crown. Roughly a quarter of whole cluster, this was raised in roughly a quarter new barrels. 

The nose opens with light black cherry, some bright red fruits, cola, some spice that is a nod to the whole cluster inclusion, just there herbs and a bit of minerality. This is just shy of moderate in weight with good acidity and a flavor sim of tart red cherry, black raspberry (its a thing) and a mix of savory herbs. MK
