Corison Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon 2021

The 2021 pours a deep and opaque ruby to purple in the glass. The nose opens with aromas of currant, blue fruits, cedar, tobacco, baked earth, and a bit of rosemary. The palate has a presence to it but the tannins are quite well integrated with currants, cedar, tobacco, a gravelly minerality, and a hit of orange peel. This 100% Cabernet is delightful and shows the purity of fruit that the best wines from the Corison family carry. -MK June 2025 D&M

"A totally seductive, fresh, and vibrant 100% Cabernet Sauvignon from Cathy Corison showcasing fragrant black cherry and blue fruit aromatics, a hint of liquorice and incense, and toasty cedarwood. Medium to full-bodied, with silky boysenberry fruit, satiny tannins, a spine of tantalising acidity, and a long mineral-rich finish lifted by tangerine peel and grapefruit zest.
