Sanger Terroir Natal Blanc de Blancs Extra Brut Champagne

Grand Cru. From Avize, Cramant and Oger with an average age of 5 year old vines. This spent 40 months on its lees. The nose opens with a light minerality, a hit of lemon oil, and a lift of yellow fleshed tree fruits. The palate is light to medium with moderate acid and a flavor set of lemon oil, cream, and a core of chalky minerality.
