Jean Vesselle Oeil de Perdrix Blanc de Noir Brut Champagne 375ml

This Grower Champagne is made entirely of Pinot Noir grapes that are briefly macerated for a hint of color, aged three years. The nose shows deep flowers with stone fruits and a light under ripe raspberry tone. The palate has a touch of spice and light raspberry and strawberry with good presence and moderate acidity. 

This family estate is more than 300 years old and has continued the local traditions of producing rich, layered and captivating Champagne based on Pinot Noir grapes. While these wines are structured (similar to dry red wine), they show a silky lightness on the tongue that makes them instantly captivating.
