Ployez Jacquemart Extra Brut Rose Champagne 375ml

This is made up of mostly 2014 vintage which is beloved by a number of Champagne Makers. the nose shows more yeast and fruit aromas of raspberry, cherry and a bit of baking spice. The palate is light with forward yeast and cherry flavors. More yeasty than in the past, this is still quite lovely.
