Pfister Cremant D'Alsace Brut Sparkling Wine 2020

This is a 50/50 blend of Pinot Blanc and Chardonnay, aged on its lees for 29 months, a season less than the richer 2018. The nose opens with a lifted aroma set of bright citrus, white flowers, white nectarines, and a whisper of cream. The plate is light with a zippy citrus, green apple and nectarines.
