Laurent Perrier Brut Champagne Salmanazar 9L

This is made up of predominately Chardonnay with some Pinot Noir and a touch of Pinot Meunier. It spent around 48 months on its lees before being disgorged with a dosage of 7 grams per liter. The nose is bright and light with citrus, yellow apple, peach, and a just there chalk note. On the palate this is just shy of moderate with citrus, apple, and stone fruits and toasty / mineral notes to finish. - D&M TASTING NOTES (MK,10/2025)
