Filipa Pato 3B Extra Bruto Sparkling Wine

Blanc de Blancs, Extra Bruto This is a  blend of Maria Gomez, Sercial, and Bical and mostly bio-dynamically farmed, and aged on its lees for around ten months The nose here is towards the tart stone fruits with quince, green apple, clay minerality, and a light cream note. The palate is light with moderate acid and a flavor set of apples, quince, honeyed spice, and a light seaside minerality.
