Carboniste California Brut Rose Sparkling Wine 2019

The nose opens with a bois (barrel) note and then the fruit comes in with raspberry, strawberries and cream, and a light clay minerality. The palate is light and lively with mixed summer fruit, sweet cream, light citrus and bois.
