86% Pinot and14% Chardonnay. A blend of 76% 2020 vintage, 12% 2019 vintage and 12% 2018 vintage. This represents a step towards creating a non-vintage product representing a house style for components. It is bright and energetic with aromas of stone fruit and lemon giving way to a robust, slightly salty palate with notes of both brioche and white florals. With its added weight from aging in barrel as well as in bottle, this is well-suited to handle richer cuisine. Bottled with 6 grams dosage.
