Bichery La Source Brut Nature 750ml 2021

This is a blend of 65% Pinot Noir, and 35% Chardonnay from the 2021 vintage, all organically farmed. The nose opens with a mix of citrus, apple, just there cream, and a light kiss of oak. On the palate this is just shy of moderate in weight with savory minerality, a sense of presence and balanced flavors of lemon, apple and chalk. This was disgorged without dosage in March, 2024.
