Antoine Chevalier Carkonnia Blanc de Blancs Extra Brut Champagne

Le Jardin de Meunier 2019 base. This comes from a single parcel of Chardonnay ironically named the Garden of Meunier. In the nose its ageing in oak shows in a remarkably balanced way with aromas of hazelnuts, white pineapple, citrus, smoky minerality and a kiss of oak. The palate is moderate with cream, pineapple, citrus and hazelnuts.
