Marolo Grappa di Barolo 375ml

This grappa is drawn from must entirely from the Barolo zone. After distillation was aged in a barrel that had previously held Marsala and then placed into glass demijohns for a year to rest. The nose opens with aromas of light spice, dried stone fruits, wood barrel notes, warm baking spices, and a light honeyed lift. The palate is quite smooth and harmonious and has a soft and silky mouthfeel. D&M Tasting Notes August 2026
