Giovi Grappa dell'Etna is an artisanal Italian spirit meticulously crafted from grapes cultivated on the slopes of Mount Etna. It showcases a unique volcanic minerality and is produced using traditional wood-fired stills.

Made from indigenous volcanic grape varieties such as Nerello Mascalese and Carricante, this grappa is distilled slowly in small, wood-fired copper pot stills by master distiller Giovanni La Fauci.

• Nose: Offers a complex bouquet of ripe stone fruits, delicate floral notes, black pepper, and citrus.
