Bar Agricole California Brandy

This is the only Demeter certified Biodynamic® brandy in the US. The dedicated person we have to thank for this is Gena Nonini, whose family has farmed here for generations. After harvesting the grapes and fermenting at the farm, this is distilled in a a German copper still, that to our eyes, looks like a pot still with a column condenser. The bottle we have for you is a blend of 15, 10, and 12 year old casks. Single-estate, grower-producer brandy that is entirely free of additives, and well worth giving a try.
