Sagamore Spirit 10 Year Straight Rye Whiskey

A soft and supple aroma with a grain forward style and a light dill pickle, poached pear, pepper spice, cinnamon, clove and a hit of oak shavings. The palate does have an up front alcohol hit that fades quickly to a mix of brûléed stone fruits, wood shavings, mixed warm baking spices, and a finish of mace and black pepper. - D&M TASTING NOTES
