Felicente Reposado Tequila

After 25 years of collaboration, Felicente is the culmination of a partnership between two old friends: Philippe Melka, a master winemaker, and Vincent Garry, a veteran of the French barrel trade. Together, they have combined their formidable winemaking and distilling expertise to create a refined new expression of Tequila using only organic, 100% highland agave.

The name Felicente symbolizes happiness and is a portmanteau of “Feli” (Philippe) and “cent” (Vincent), reflecting their shared vision and camaraderie. The rooster emblem pays homage to *le coq gaulois*, a national symbol of France.

This Reposado presents a beautiful pale saffron hue, opening with a delightful *rancio* tone, followed by nuanced notes of saffron, clove, black pepper, sultana, vanilla, raspberry, plum, Champignon de Paris, sweet cedar, and a green lavender hint reminiscent of Chartreuse. Bold and full-bodied on the palate, its vinous character is enhanced by aging in former white wine barrels from Napa Valley. The finish is exceptionally long, with lingering notes of green herbs, menthol, and a subtle touch of honey.
