After 25 years of collaboration, Felicente represents the culmination of a partnership between two longtime friends: Philippe Melka, a master winemaker, and Vincent Garry, an expert in the French barrel trade. Together, they have merged their exceptional winemaking and distilling skills to craft a refined new expression of Tequila, using exclusively organic, 100% highland agave.

The name Felicente, symbolizing happiness, is a blend of “Feli” (Philippe) and “cent” (Vincent), reflecting their shared vision and enduring camaraderie. The rooster emblem pays tribute to *le coq gaulois*, a revered national symbol of France.

Felicente Blanco is a well-balanced, certified organic highland tequila, meticulously crafted using 100% *tahona* stone milling. This traditional method imparts a softer, rounder character to the spirit. It offers a clean, mineral-driven profile with a creamy texture, enhanced by distinct notes of cooked agave, black pepper, citrus, and a subtle savory brininess.
