Ambitious Viticultural Souls is a pretty accurate way to describe the duo of Morgan Twain-Peterson and Chris Cottrell! Two gentleman who are always looking for ways to feed their vinous passions and push the boundaries of what came be done and produced in California. To that end, they created Under The Wire. A project that grew from a mutual friendship and love for wine with bubbles. The simple yet unique premise is to make California sparkling wines based on a single vineyard from a single vintage.
