Terre Nere 2021 Etna Rosso

The 2021 returns to a lighter and more translucent style of Etna with lifted aromatics of raspberry, Bing cherry, bitter orange, and a light minerality / earth. The palate is light with pretty red berry fruits, a touch of tea and gentle earth / crushed rocks. D&M Tasting Notes

 Made from 95% Nerello Mascalese and 5% Nerello Cappuccio from low yielding vineyards. The grapes are macerated until the end of fermentation. The wine then continues its life in wood until bottled roughly one year after harvest. -Winery Notes
