Originally created for the base of our gin, we decided to bottle this vodka after many requests during early distillery visits. This spirit is the perfect example of the importance of the grain to glass process. By starting with whole grain, we are able to preserve the distinct wheat characteristics throughout the distillation process.

This vodka displays sweet caramel and warm earthy notes – like the grain itself – and provides a round mouthfeel and extremely smooth finish. Distillery Notes
