Silver Tree American Small Batch Vodka

 We distill Silver Tree seven times from a unique blend of potatoes, malted barley, and summer wheat to give our vodka a smooth finish. It is this blend which gives Silver Tree Vodka its subtle, rounded notes, giving it the character of a grain-based vodka and the silky finish of a potato vodka. Also, we craft our vodka in small batches, rather than in a continuous still. Thus, while there is marked consistency from batch to batch, each has its own unique signature - much like fine wine. Each batch is roughly strained, but not filtered, and fills just 50 cases. Each bottle is numbered by hand according to the batch that it came from so that you will know that you are about to enjoy a truly unique vodka made by an artisan distiller rather than an industrial giant. The Juice of One Whole Lemon:

1/2 oz. Simple Syrup:

2 oz. Sprite or Sierra Mist: 2 oz. Club Soda: Add the above listed ingredients to a collins glass filled with ice in the order listed.
