While this is a dry sake with a SMV value of +2, this is a richer, more rounded style with aromas of butterscotch, honey, toasted rice, and almost maple syrup. The palate has flavors of toasted rice, honey and a bit of caramel. This can be warmed up and will pair quite well with hearty foods. D&M Tasting Notes   Polishing 80%, Alcohol 16-17%
