Selbach Oster 2021 Trocken Riesling

This is a dry classic Riesling that crackles with acid and fruits. The nose shows a light floral and citrus dominated aroma set balanced nicely by some savory mineral notes. The palate  manages to have both great acid and a flavor set of fruits and crushed rocks. This will sing with food. D&M Tasting Notes
