Schlosskellerei Gobelsburg 2021Cistercien Rose

This is the year that Gobelsburg can celebrate their 850th year as a winery in Austria. This rose is a blend of the Austrian varietals Zweigelt and St Laurent as well as the more well known Pinot Noir. This was simply gorgeous in the nose with aromas of peach, strawberry, white flowers, and a just there citrus peel note. The palate is light in weight with good acid and a tremendous balance of fruit and acid regardless of price, but where this comes in at-- it is a true steal. D&M Tasting Notes
