This sake has bright aromas of ripe pear, green banana, and chervil. On the palate, the minerality is reminiscent of fresh morning dew, and is dry with medium-plus body, medium acidity and flavors of pear and melon, finishing with and the classic Sawahime-dry finish. Importer Notes
