Sandhi 2020 Patterson Vineyard Chardonnay

I am very excited about this wine. 2020 marks the second time Sandhi has bottled a vineyard designate Chardonnay from Patterson Vineyard. Patterson sits high above Sanford & Benedict on a northwest slope. The steep slope and elevation expose the vines to daily wind and fog. This in turn results in the development wonderful flavors at lower potential alcohols.
