Salima & Alain Cordeuil "Les Origines" Brut Nature Champagne

This is made up of 65% Chardonnay and 35% Pinot Noir done in a lower intervention wine making style with fruit from the 2014 vintage. The nose shows a deep autolytic character with graham crackers, golden apple, pie dough and a light cedar/ cidery tone. The palate shows the brut nature character with zippy acidity and a flavor set of pie dough, green apples, and just there wood shavings. 7 years sur lattes D&M Tasting Notes.
