Finished 3 months Cognac Cask. Aromas of candied peach, pineapple and Saltana raisins. The palate is light with honey and white flower mingeling with bakeshop spice on a long finish. D&M Tasting Notes

With over 130 years experience selecting and hand blending cognac and Eau de vie, the Tessendier family now turns the expertise to Rum. Barrels from Barbados, Trinidad and Jamaica are selected and hand blended according to flavor profile by the cellar master and finished in XO Cognac barrels in France. With a focus on showcasing terroir and blending to show breadth of flavor, no sugar or caramel coloring is added to any Saison Rum. 

A fruity rum with nuanced notes of vanilla and banana flambé followed by a honeyed finish in a subtle marriage between freshness and unctuosity. Distillery Notes
