Rockwell Vermouth Classic Sweet Vermouth

This has a fun mix of flavors that we don't typically come across with vermouth from Europe, but that is to be expected as it is a Californian take on the category. The nose shows a smoke, charcuteries California sagebrush, orange peel and a cooked sugar / caramel. The palate has sweetness for sure but it is nicely balanced by savory notes.  D&M Tasting Notes
