Requiem 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon

Columbia Valley. This hails from the Columbia Valley in Washington State. The nose shows oak, deep currant, and a just there spice note. The palate has a good presence to it with a hit of oak, some deep dark fruits and a pleasant spice note to finish. D&M Tasting Notes

Requiem is a blend of grapes from sites across the Columbia Valley, including Walla Walla, Horse Heaven Hills, and Red Mountain. Each component is vinified separately and then undergoes a series of blending trials, looking for purity of fruit, complexity, and outstanding quality that consistently overperforms. Winery Notes.
