Poco a Poco 2019 Lake County Cabernet Sauvignon

This is a purchased fruit project by the good people at Porter Bass. Chatting with Luke at the winery, this comes from the lake side of 29 from a organically farmed site that produces tiny berries and low yields. The nose shows aromas of crunchy red berry fruits, light oak spice, and a bit of bell pepper. The palate is just off moderate in weight (Porter Bass are Pinot People after all) with bright red berry and some bell pepper notes. This is a Cabernet Sauvignon for Cabernet Franc lovers.
