This is made of 50/50 Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier. The nose shows bruised red apple, light spice and a just there stone fruit note. The palate has some presence to it with cream, spice, yeast and bruised red apple in a classic broad champagne flavor set. D&M Tasting Notes
