After its twenty plus years of ageing, this bottling inhabits that middle place of apple, spices and just there rancio. Our collective nose found aromas of honey, golden apples, cinnamon, toffee, white flowers, clove and a just there earth/rancio note. The palate has a pretty Pays d’Auge character with flavors of hard candy, golden apples, white pepper, rancio, and a cocoa element to finish. D&M Tasting Notes
