Pascal Doquet Diapason Le Mesnil-sur-Oger Extra Brut Champagne

Grand Cru Blanc de Blancs. (2014) Base. Winemaker since 1982, I ran the Doquet Jeanmaire family estate from 1995 to 2003, both in terms of managing the vines and producing the vintages. Increasingly precise work was then put in place in the vineyard, aiming for the most complete expression of the different terroirs occupied by the plot. The return to tillage was complete on our entire vineyard in 2001. Totally independent since 2004, after the purchase of the shares of the family company held by my sisters, I can deepen without constraint my desire to experiment and research the healthiest farming methods that respect the terroir and the consumer.
