Nicolas Rossignol 2019 Bourgogne Rouge

This shows the warmth of the vintage in burgundy with a bit more ripeness than is typical, but with terrific balance overall. The nose shows plum, dark cherry and blackberries with just there spice and a lovely earth note. The palate has some presence to it with plum balanced by red berry notes with good acidity / minerality and just there earth. D&M Tasting Notes
