250ml. This non-alcoholic sparkling rose is 100% Pinot Noir. The grapes macerate for 6 hours prior pressing. The CO2 really balances out the residual sugar, making it appear drier than it is. Alcohol was distilled out by a vacuum still @ 23C, then injected with CO2. 51.4 g/l RS, but nicely balanced by the bubbles, the nose shows strawberry, red apple, clementine, and clean minerals. The palate is light with good acid and a clean and zingy style. D&M Tasting Notes.
