Labbe Abymes 2021 Savoie

This cuvee is made up entirely of Jacquerre in the high altitude Savoie & is a "clean mineral water" style with the bit of grass of 2021. The nose shows lemon, fresh cut grass, and a light minerality. The palate is light and bright with lemon, minerals, grass, and a hit of good acidity. Only 11.5% ABV! D&M Tasting Notes
