Jacquesson Cuvee 745 Extra Brut Champagne

The cuvee 745 is based on the 2017 vintage and made up of a blend of 50% Chardonnay, 25% Pinot Meunier, and 25% Pinot Noir. The nose shows a great presence to it with notes of cream, autolysis, graham cracker, golden plum, apple and candied lemon peel. The palate is nicely rich at this point in time with graham cracker crust, toast, Mirabelle plum, apple and a bit of citrus to finish. D&M Tasting Notes
