Jacques Lassaigne Extra Brut Champagne

Les Vignes De Montgueux Extra Brut, Blanc de Blanc. This shares the limestone vien of Le Mesnil, just down in the Cote de Bar. The nose shows Mirabelle plum, some ginger, white flowers, a bit of nut and spice, with just there brioche. The palate is focused and quite zingy with some citrus and a seam of white stone mineraltiy.  D&M Tasting Notes
