Helios Kiyomi Japanese Rum

Aromas of big Agricole with that familiar funk, mingle with fermented tropical fruits of lychee, pineapple and white peach.  The palate is clean Agricole, light aloe and white tea floral with the fruits from the nose playing through. D&M Tasting Notes

KIYOMI means « Pure Beauty » in Japanese. This rum was carefully crafted in Nago City, Okinawa, at Helios distillery, by distilling local sugar cane molasses in a column still. It results in a very aromatic and clean beverage easily drinkable neat as well as in classic cocktails such as Cuba Libre, Mojito or Daiquiri.
