Flein 2020 Sauvignon Blanc Juice, non-alcoholic

This is Verjus (grape juice) from Austria. Expanding our non-alcohol offerings this is what you would expect from well grown grapes originally destined from fine wine. The nose and palate show soft citrus with a floral lift. D&M Tasting Notes

Crystal clear pale yellow color. Refreshing aromas of hibiscus, sweet peas and green apple wedges, framed by a spiciness of yellow peppers, cooked runner beans and stone moss. The lively palate and fruit-acid interplay make for drinking pleasure.
