The nose shows a light butterscotch with minerals and a just there note of apricot and nectarine. The palate has a lovely textural tone with butterscotch and a bit of oak giving way to light stone fruits and a bit of crushed rock. For more powerful white burgundy lovers, this is worth a look. Passion for the traditional indigenous grape varietals of Bairrada led Filipa Pato to start her own project in 2001.
