El Silencio Ensamble Mezcal

Aromas of coffee de caramel, mesquite spice mix light cigar smoke with a little fruit note. The palate has that cigar tobacco/smoke coming through with citrus, and a little caramel on the finish. This is a mezcal that tequila drinkers would really enjoy. D&M Tasting Notes

The ensamble is now made in Xaaga(Saaga), Oaxaca. This is a blend Espadin, wild Tobasiche, and wild Mexicano. All 3 agaves are cooked and distilled separately, then blended. 

Sun-dried fruits, lemon and sweet smoke. Green apple, floral and fennel. Lightly charred agave, with touches of white pepper, minerals chile. Importer Notes
